End-User License Agreement

LintLion (the "Application") is a business tool operated by LintLion. Staff use it to schedule dryer vent visits and keep job records. Customers can request a visit through the public booking pages.

1. License

LintLion grants its employees and authorized contractors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the staff portion of the Application for LintLion's business. Customers may use the public booking pages to request, review, reschedule, or cancel their own visit. No other use is permitted.

2. Accounts

Staff access requires an account created by a LintLion administrator. Users must keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their account. LintLion may suspend or remove accounts at any time. Public booking does not create a staff account.

3. Restrictions

Users may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide staff access to anyone not authorized by LintLion, or use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

4. Third-party services

The Application may connect to third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, only when a LintLion administrator authorizes the connection. Email or text reminders are sent only when an administrator configures a provider. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms. A connection can be removed by a LintLion administrator.

5. Data

Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, LintLion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically when a user's authorization is withdrawn or their relationship with LintLion ends.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
